The Development

Crane Court follows the success of Kingfisher Court and Cormorant House in this multi-phase development in Huddersfield. Crane Court is the third part in this Purpose Built Student Accommodation project which is located in walking distance from the University of Huddersfield and Kirklees College.

The project will be completed by August 2018 in-line with the September intake at the University of Huddersfield.

During the construction time, the developer will pay out 5% on the deposited funds to reward investors for investing early on. Once the construction is built, rental yields will be assured to be 9% (nett of fees) for the first 5 years.
