The Development

Cormorant House follows the success of Kingfisher Court in this multi-phase development in Huddersfield. Cormorant House is the second part in this Purpose Built Student Accommodation project which is located in walking distance from the University of Huddersfield and Kirklees College.

The project will be completed by January 2018 in-line with the January intake at the University of Huddersfield.

During the construction time, the developer will pay out 5% on the deposited funds to reward investors for investing early on. Once the construction is built, rental yields will be assured to be 9% (nett of fees) or higher for the first 5 years.

The property will be managed by specialist student property managers to make sure maintenance is on hand and tenants are well looked after.

This truly is an armchair investment.
